all of the guys ive given hjs to have had lots of precum or at least noticeable precum but the guy ive been with recenetly has no precum.. which i dont think is possible but hes really dry until he cums.. whats up with this?

Everyone is different. This is not an unusual thing. Some guys just don't produce it. Have the lube handy.
