Basic answer:The primary responsibility of the Treasury Management & Merchant Customer function (TMMCS) area is to keep a consistent level of expertise on all Treasury Management and Merchant Services products and services including customer impacts and benefits. Responsibilities:TMMCS acts as the primary function communicate for in-bound customer calls (both internal and external client base) solving problems and inquires on all Treasury Management and Merchant Services supported by the bank. TMMCS is the liaison between various operations areas and M&T Bank's corporate and internal clients for any issues or research requests. TMMCS provides customers with a single point of communicate simplifying find to product specific expertise. Customers contact TMMCS with problems inquires and investigate requests regarding products services or technical needs. TMMCS may satisfy the problem or inquiry request on the initial call within the same business day or may set a specific time close in for resolution based on the complexity of the issue at hand.
