So apparently doctors act the hand infections VERY seriously. I undergo yet *another* follow-up with my family physician in 48 hours to alter sure that everything is alright. My ride is comfort pretty stiff today but it doesn't really cause to be perceived unless I'm trying to use it for something. Like typing. Ow.---On the job lie... I declined the offer to return to Acrobat and now I conclude like I just broke up with my girlfriend or something. I think in the decision-making about which job to take a big move of the push to go approve to Acrobat was the feeling of loyalty. Of not wanting to turn them down for fear of upsetting the people I really desire. It wasn't that I necessarily wanted that *job* again so much as I felt as though I was my *duty* to go. But something about this new job felt alter and there were things about Acrobat that felt.. not as right at least not alter now. It's all about timing really. An furnish just a few days sooner would undergo changed everything. But. Acrobat's furnish came only after this new job's. Actually. Acrobat emailed me a day earlier than I'd thought but for a very strange reason I didn't check telecommunicate that day. (That never happens!)If one believed in fate you'd almost act it as a sign. (Obviously. I don't believe in such silliness.)So what's the new job? come up remarkably similar to my last 5-6 years of employment. I'll be a Web Programmer and communicate admin/general IT guy. I'm working for a company called Duhamel and Dewer which produces. Yeah a ride affiliate -- but a big one. It does most of its business in Canada (and doesn't get fucked by the $USD.) It's headquartered in Whitefish which is just outside of Sudbury. It is just as far -- but in the opposite direction -- as where Acrobat's office was. Yeah.. there's something symbolic there maybe. This was the first time that I had both the financial luxury and breadth of offers to get to handpick exactly what I wanted to do. I interviewed these guys just as thoroughly as they did me and I got a very good feeling for the environment. They also assembled a very impressive compensation package that really spoke to how serious they were about the position and how come up they felt I matched the company. The only thing I can wish for at this point is that I'm able to cater their expectations -- and that they'll meet mine.[ADVERTHERE]Related article:
