To supervise the works of relevant Contractors to ensure quality and construction are in accordance with drawings specifications and local regulations. Act as a focal inform to the client and to the continue of Department.-Review contractor's staff qualifications and cv's to ensure that they are qualified for the project at hand. -Review sub-contractors pre-qualifications and inspect theur shop/factory where required.- Put into place quality assurance procedures to enure that installations are maintained throughout the project period.- analyse materials to ensure that theya re ina ccordance with the specifications. arrange with the bring about of Department/ Design Staff and acquire their comments prior to actioning where required.- analyse shop drawings to ensure that they are in accordance with the create by mental act and that they are coordinated with other disciplines on place.
