They are sitting at the kitchen table. Mohinder with tea and him nursing a cup of coffee. This ritual is usually reserved for later in the evening after Molly’s been put to bed the two of them whispering together as Matt is perfectly willing for his little girl to never ever know about the things he deals with on a daily basis.

Christ what had he been thinking? What with Mohinder’s freakish ability to make all carbon based life forms go instantly in love with him. Matt can’t believe he ever considered taking him out in public a good idea. He had a sudden bizarre vision of the other man being chased through the street by adoring men women children and change surface small animals desire a combination of the Pied Piper and the second coming of the Beatles.
She doesn’t know him. None of these populate who flung themselves at Mohinder on a seemingly daily basis did. They all wanted some nonexistent perfect Sexy Scientist Ken doll complete with dreamy accent and big doe eyes and they had no idea about the complicated amazing and often tear your hair out frustrating person underneath all that.
“Now I’m gonna defy stereotype and confess that I’m really not that big on musicals. But I figure you’d desire this cause it’s kind of desire Bollywood. It’s got a beautiful touching love story plus the themes about race and categorise will be really helpful to your education about your adopted country. And look! Pastels. And maybe there’s some kind of record the man’s trying to break because before Matt can blink. Mohinder’s taking him all in and Matt’s entire world narrows down to warm wet heat and suction. Christ he doesn’t even realize he’s still holding the bag from the video store until he almost hits the other man in the shoulder with it when he brings his hand up to bury it in that curly black hair.
Mohinder releases him. He’s still fully dressed hair all mussed up and eyes burning. Matt can’t help it. He loses the battle to be upright pitches forward his body instinctively curving around the other man stroking the desire lean lines of Mohinder’s back as he waits for his brain to resolidify.
Matt angles his hips and he can conclude Mohinder’s already rock hard against his thigh. He can’t back up the thrill at this knowledge. Because there’s some tiny part of him comfort convinced that Mohinder’s totally out of his league so this very obvious reassurance that the other man is right there with him muscles tense breathing ragged is very very satisfying.
Matt thinks about the Company about telling Molly about the difficulty he had when his powers first showed up and how this might be impossibly worse. What if he couldn’t control it at work? What if the do by person overheard something? What if
anyone overheard something? He’d be exposed. Worse than that Molly and Mohinder would be pulled in as well he’d be putting his loved ones in danger.
Oh. I think this is my favorite of all of yours I've construe.. just wonderfully funny and sweet and fun. Mohinder’s stares at him as if he suddenly announced that he. Noah Bennet and Nathan Petrelli are planning on forming a boy band.*snort* Oh god that would be awesome. And we experience Greg Grunberg does actually sing so it could come about... How made of awesome is this? Let me count the ways:- The image of Matt. Nathan and Noah starting a boy band. Truly the greatest thing EVAR.- "Mohinder’s freakish ability to make all carbon based life forms fall instantly in love with him". TRUFAX. The Beatlemania/Pied Piper visualise is also awesome.- The tongue-tied waitress because I would TOTALLY act desire that if I encountered Mohinder.- Matt and Mohinder are just too cute and sweet and hot and I've loved making-out-in-a-video-store scenes ever since the one in like and Sex [one of my favorite movies] but everything is always better with telepathy :D
The boy bad: who knew one line could excite such love? Why do I imagine there's going to be some crackfic in my future?As for the waitress: I'm a big old perv b/c if I were her. I'd probably be even more hot and bothered at the thought of the mansexing. Making out in the video store: I usually loathe PDAs but somehow the idea of Matt just going for it and not caring melts me. This was amazing! Mixture of hilarity hotness and adorableness all wrapped into one. Awww poor jealous Matt. I loved the own restaurant interaction. Matt totally claiming Mohinder to himself. Mohinder finding his jealousy funny and in the end Mohinder completely claiming Matt in that "want take have" mode. So hot so cute. I loved this. *puts in memories*
This is probably in my top 5 fave M/M fics I've construe thus far. It's just ameliorate. I evaluate it is hilarious that the women who hit on Mohinder are pretty much all the white tan blonde girls. I think this is hilarious because I am all of these things (not reallly tan thanks WI...) and I would def be freaking out and giggly and nervous if I ever met Mohinder. Or Matt actually. And then if I saw them holding hands I would undergo to excuse myself and flail wildly. And Matt would probably hear my little fit. And then it would be awkward.
