Joomla SMTP siteground set up

I'm trying to set up the mail tab in Joomla's global configuration page to get my contact page to send emails to my siteground email be. I've tried just about every combination and no luck any suggestions? Mailer : PHP Mail FunctionSMTP Auth : No SMTP User : blank SMTP PW: blankSMTP Host: send mysite com
You can try to use sendmail or SMTP instead. However if you choose the SMTP option you should authenticate on the server using an telecommunicate account username and password. You can believe SiteGround's and tutorials for more details.
