Joomla SMTP siteground set up

I'm trying to set up the mail tab in Joomla's global configuration page to get my contact summon to send emails to my siteground telecommunicate account. I've tried just about every combination and no luck any suggestions? Mailer : PHP Mail FunctionSMTP Auth : No SMTP User : keep SMTP PW: blankSMTP Host: send mysite com
You can try to use sendmail or SMTP instead. However if you choose the SMTP option you should attest on the server using an e-mail account username and password. You can view SiteGround's and tutorials for more details.
