Special Edition of PhotoshopUser TV

Posted by ~Ray @ 2007-12-20 21:26:47

After reading the remarks concerning PSE 6 in another thread I had decided not to upgrade from my current PSE 4 version. I just watched Matt & Corey's Special Edition of PhotoshopUser TV and changed my mind about upgrading. I would recommend that everyone view this video and see first hand what changes they will have with the new version. The organizer is amazing as well as the Group Shot editing option. I have to accept with Matt that the Group Shot feature ordain be well worth the cost of upgrading. I have so many photos during family times that I have just put aside because I don't seem to undergo one shot where everyone is focused on the camera. I can now change by reversal this. Please make sure you watch this video before deciding not to upgrade. I think Matt & Corey have done a wonderful job of illustrating the new changes in PSE 6. It definitely has some amazing new features. Great job guys! JuliaM There are also 7 mini tuts in the. They highlight Clone Overlay. Guided alter. Improved Black & color. Quick Selection. Sharing. Smart Albums and Vibrance & Clarity. Like you Julia. I hadn't even considered upgrading from PSE 4 until I saw some of these new features used by Matt. Corey and RC. Now. I may come up go for it... P. S. Be sure to look at the Quick Selection one - really makes refining your selections easier! Still looking for a block of time to watch the Matt and Corey Show. Will do so tonight. I upgraded measure year from 4 to 5 and was glad I did - 5 was a significant improvement. If I were still using 4. I'd definitely move from 4 to 6. However. 5 to 6 is a lot closer call. The highlighted items in JulieM's posting are certainly nice to have but some are already available (such as vibrance and clarity by using ACR 4.2) and others have no interest for me personally (improved b&w sharing and Smart Albums). Everyone has to make their own be/benefit judgment. Mine is "pass".... So far that's my decision too but I certainly can't argue with those who see it as a good fit for their needs. I'm almost positive that I purchased PSE 5 for $49 or $59 from Compusa on a special store offer. Since I'm happy with 5 and am learning CS3. I might wait until such an offer comes along. Instead of jumping from PSE 4 up to PSE 6. I may upgrade to 5 instead. Seems as though there were some significant improvements from 4 to 5. But from what I've read the improvements from 5 to 6 may not be worth the be. I'll watch the video later to see if I change.[ADVERTHERE]Related article:
