Here's what I still don't understand what made this teenager think he could act the car out on a learner's permit with no adult supervision in the first place? He could haave killed himself his friend and maybe a bunch more kids that day. Why is everyone defending him? He's 18. He's a man not a child. He needs to own up to his MISTAKE and do some time. Seriously. You can't just take a car you admit you don't experience how to drive and think that in itself is ok?But to sit here all of you friends of his and say the fact that Bianca is dead is punishment enough is ludicrous. Do you even read the words you write???And you worry about how Brandon feels? Who the f cares? He's alive he will get a slap on the wrist and probably escorted home. This will not go to trial and you will all get your wish that Monsieur Pardi ordain have to live with remorse as his punishment. I hope he doesn't kill your child one day. Then you can hug him then and tell him how desole you are for his mistake. Listen to what you are saying?!!!

My opinion. ... I want you to act Bianka in your prayers."On Outofcontrol ca. James Riordon said lengthy prison sentences forBianka's death would not change reckless behaviour. "Perhaps if society had started getting populate who are convicted of neglectful homicide to do community service for life.. little Bianka would still be alive today."mharrold@thegazette canwest com© The Gazette (Montreal) 2007
This appaling tragedy has created quite a displace in the community and sparked a very valid consider on wreckless driving in all its shapes and forms and the terrible consequences that derive from it. The drivers are obviously at fault and their guilt doesnt quite be punishment enough in my humble opinion. Furthermore we ask ourselves what of the parents' reponsabilities? What of our culture and its need for speed as brought up by Foglia what of our institutions our laws our choices as a society and so on and so forth. For those of you interested in the full bind on the affect you can view the full article at http://milesinitiative blogspot com/Personally this tragedy stirred me up so much that it brought me back to writing and wanting to alter it heard as we all have to start trying to alter a difference in this crazy world we be in. Congrats to Gigababy for amazing content. You have a new fan :-)
